A 26-year-old real estate agent made $7million in sales commissions in the last year as Australia's housing market continues to sky rocket.
Ray White Quakers Hill principal Josh Tesolin pocketed the millions selling 350 properties in western Sydney last year, averaging almost one property sold a day.
He broke the previous record for most transactions in a year by a Ray White agent but said he's not satisfied and wants to sell even more properties this year.

It sounds like his wish might come true as future homeowners flock to grab a spot in Sydney's limited real estate market.
'We met 233 buyers at our first weekend of open homes … In my first week back in 2022, my office has 20 properties already under offer,' Mr Tesolin told Realestate.com.

'A lot of people think the new year is the right time to buy a home. We just had our biggest two weeks of buyer inquiry, more than the last three months combined.'

'I'm super exhausted after selling so many properties last year, 350 properties was a stretch. It takes raw energy and commitment to working 24/7 to be able to sell as many properties as I have with my team,' he said.
